Headquartered in Kirkland, WA, we have 10 additional branch locations across the West Coast; our local presence in these communities ensures the best possible service for our many real estate partners.
Our state-of–the-art technology here at Cobalt is considered one of the best in mortgage lending, and we offer Internal Underwriting, Processing, and Funding. All of these important assets allow us to close loans quickly, efficiently, and effortlessly, all while providing a vast array of mortgage products for our customers. We are proud to say that our vast array of loan products include, but are not limited to, ARMs, Fixed Rate, Jumbo, Conforming loans, and FHA/VA loans.
In the last two years alone, the Cobalt team has assisted WA residents with over 2.5 billion dollars in loans. We also strive to make a positive impact in the communities we serve. Our community outreach is always expanding, and some of our efforts have been: annually sponsoring a benefit for the Kirkland Boys and Girls Club, last year raising $80,000 and this effort helped to improve the lives of local children. We continue to sponsor the annual fundraising event for the Seattle-based “Homelessness Project”, an effort that , as well as organizing an annual holiday food drive.
