Ron credits his success to being a lifelong learner and striving to keep a positive outlook on everything he does. He is a past participant in Building Champions highly acclaimed Masters Coach Program, and a current Masters level student at Strategic Coach, an entrepreneurial coaching program.

A former Navy explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) diver, Ron credits his time in the military with both helping him to grow up, and to visualize problem’s conceptually. He attended Chaminade University of Honolulu while on active duty.

He is passionate about golfing, cooking and reading. He’s married to, "the woman of his dreams," Kristen, since 1996. They currently have two great kids- Alexandra (Alex) 11, and Nick, 8. They are members of Eastlake Community Church, and currently call Kirkland home.
